We absolutely LOVED our stay here. The condo is beautiful and right above the tower 3 pool area (way quieter than tower 1) We did have some issues with the bedroom tvs but Veronica was on top it and great communication with us about the issue. We will 100% be staying here again!

We loved our stay at Veronica’s condo. It was stocked with everything we needed and the location was perfect. Super close to the beach and the main pool. We were close enough to use our own bathroom when at the pool, which I loved. You do have to either take the elevator or one flight of stairs to get to it. When we were loading/unloading or taking our ice chest anywhere we had to use the elevator. Would definitely stay again if we return to PCB.

Perfect spot for all of our family. From ages 3 to 70. Ist floor was a big plus. Our host Veronica was what I would call the definition of a PREMIER HOST ! The complex is a little dated. But clean, well run, secure and extremely well located. Our room was comfortable clean and as described. Covenient parking ( gated ).The small pool near our room was PERFECT for us and our Grand kids. Easy access and no stress to know where the little ones are. We are already planning our next year trip. Everything you need is within walking g distance. Thank you Veronica for the great family vacation we enjoyed in your home !

This condo is prime location! Everything was close and super easy to get around property! Parking was perfect, park right in front and walk to elevator/stairs and u are to ur condo in seconds! Heated pool and hot tub was great for the kiddos and beach access was seconds away as well! Great views and even a nice restaurant on property to order food/drinks! Condo had everything u needed and the condo was perfect for 3 adults and 4 kids 8 and younger… plenty of space to move around! Beds were comfortable! Even though the hot tub was right below the master bedroom, noise was never an issue! I can’t say enough good things about the host… messaged and said condo was ready early, great communicator… she would get emails about things going on around the property and would notify us right away and made sure everything was going great during our stay! We would definitely stay again!!! If u are going to Panama City and want great location (easy access in and out of parking lot), heated pool, beautiful ocean view then I would stay here!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The condo was in great condition and our family of 6 enjoyed the easy access to the pools, hot tubs and beach. Veronica was very responsive and helpful. We enjoyed the onsite restaurant and golf course. There are plenty of entertainment and dining options nearby as well. We highly recommend this property.

Location was perfect. We had a little one so being on the first floor was perfect. Communication with Veronica was great. She answered our calls and even called to check on us when our little one was determined to unlock the door with the code and messed it up several times. Condo is in the process of being updated but is still very clean and very well stocked with everything needed. We will define staying again.

Veronica was a pleasure to work with while renting her property. Her family’s condo is clean and beautiful. It is conveniently located on the first floor of the Edgewater, which is an amazing resort. We especially loved the beach service they provided. You could place an order directly from your beach chairs from their restaurant or bar and they would bring it right to you. Veronica made sure to maintain communication with my family and checked on us the day we were headed down. She was very accommodating. Our rental was ready to be settled into a lot earlier than expected too, that morning instead of the regular time of 4 p.m, which was also nice so we didn’t have to waste time til check in and instead got to go unpack and head straight to our room upon arrival. Our grandkids loved this trip, and we couldn’t ask for a better place or a more friendly owner to do business with for our family vacation.

Our first floor location means you never have to wait for an elevator. It makes carrying groceries and pool toys right to your door effortless!
We want you to feel at home here. After all, you are on vacation, right Our condo has been decorated with cheerful beach colors. The bedrooms are spacious. Each bedroom has it's own flat screen TV and DVD player. The kitchen has nice appliances with a smooth top range. We have also upgraded the floors throughout the unit with beautiful tile flooring. Best of all, with the open living space you will have a flat screen TV, great for rainy days. The ocean view from the living area and master bedroom is spectacular. After a long day at the beach, you can sit on the large balcony and relax.
Edgewater has a splash park for small children. Also, enjoy poolside pizza from Paradise Pizza. Poolside snow cone hut and dive-in movies are available during the summer.
