You can’t beat the view! The unit is equipped with all the necessities. Plenty of towels, comfortable beds, and all the things you need at the beach. The kitchen made cooking very easy and was stocked well. The condo is located right by the walk-over. We felt safe and it’s far enough away from the pier and larger condos we had more room on the beach!

Everything at this property was exactly as described. The little extra touches that were provided really showed how much the owners care about the guests experience. We vacation in Navarre several times a year and my family is already asking to stay here again.

This was a wonderful location, the townhouse was clean, decorated nicely, all the items you would need on a vacation were fully stocked, and we loved the closeness to the beach!!! It was so much better than a huge condo system and felt safer to have kids walking from the beach to the townhouse!!!! Mermaid Mansions always does a wonderful job with reservations!!! Our family will be back to this location again!!! Navarre is a small beach town but close enough to driving distance to large things to do!!! We will be back to Sugar Beach!

This townhome was perfect. Loved the updates the owner made. Having the new curtains in the living room was great! The unit had everything we needed plus so much more. Enjoyed the garage, beach toys and the fridge downstairs made things so much easier. The beds and bedding were so comfortable. Absolutely no issues. Sugar Beach is our favorite place to stay in Navarre because it is a small low rise community which means their beach is not crowded. Views from the balconies are amazing and the beach is just steps away. A++++

We had so much fun at this home! Mermaid Mansions was easy to get in contact with and answered any questions I had. The garage is great! The extra chairs were great to have! The rooms were clean and we plan to stay here again on our next trip to Navarre!

We came with our kids and grand kids to visit the beach. We loved that it wasn't overcrowded! The view was amazing to the ocean and we saw dolphins swimming by every morning. The kids had a great time hunting crabs at night and we all enjoyed finding sea shells on the beach. The beach house was a perfect size for our family. Mermaid mansions took care of us with all this covid mess going on. We are definitely planning a trip back.

The pictures do not do this justice. It is everything you would want in a beach vacation. It's a very short drive across the causeway to at least three grocery stores and several restaurants. It is very well stocked for cooking and has everything you will need. We cooked several meals. The add says no beach chairs and I was worried that we would have to buy some, but we found several in the garage. Very private beach but lifeguards were driving by regularly. Everything worked great but we would recommend that a small handle be put on the upstairs bathroom door, it is very difficult to open and close. Mermaid Mansions were great to work with and we will definitely rent from them again.
