#603 - Top floor, incredible view. , Fort Walton Beach, Florida Vacation Rental by Owner

Peaceful condo complex. Condo itself was clean, presented as pictures and described. Owners were very responsive and polite. Can’t wait to come back.

I would have rated the condo and owners a ten if I could have. Location was perfect. Not crowded at all. The views from the condo were breathtaking. The condo itself was very clean, decorated beautifully and was well stocked. Drew was always very responsive and great to work with. Wish we could have stayed longer.

This place is beautiful! The condo was super nice, the view was superb and the location was great! We enjoyed this so much more than Pelican Beach in Destin! It was way less crowded! Drew and Chris were wonderful! They were super friendly and responsive to my questions! Will definitely stay again!!!

We can’t say enough good things about condo 603. Everything you could want is in the condo from dishes to blender. Drew is wonderful to work with. Condo is spacious and very clean. Pool and grounds very clean and having beach setup everyday is a big plus. This is our second time renting from Drew and we will be back again next year. Thanks for everything!!

We had the best experience! Drew was very easy to work with. The condo was very clean and had so many nice features it's hard to pick a favorite. The walk in shower was amazing and beautiful. The kitchen was a dream to cook in. The king size bed was very comfortable. We didn't need to pack a lot of clothes because there is a washer and dryer. The views from the condo were spectacular. Even when the weather wasn't cooperating, we were very comfortable in the condo. There were 3 flat screen tv's to watch. The beach was beautiful. We had two beach chairs and an umbrella to use each day. The beach service does put them away around 430pm so if you want to stay longer you need to bring your own. I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay.

Best place we ever stayed and we’ve been coming here for 15 + years. The furniture is new and very comfortable. We couldn’t find the mailbox key and that was fixed within an hour. We are looking forward to coming back next year.

My wife and I stayed in this unit the last 2 weeks of Oct. The condo had all the kitchen items we needed, the appliances worked great. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. The bathrooms are nice, one has a modern walk-in shower. The living room has a large screen tv with all the apps you need. The Gardeners make renting so easy and uncomplicated. We like staying in Summerlin because it is well maintained, parking is very close to the building, and because of Summerlin's modest size, there is more room on the beach. You don't sit elbow-to-elbow with others. We highly recommend Summerlin #603.

We have visited Summerlin many times over the years. If you enjoy a quiet location and ocean views, Summerlin 603 will not disappoint. Condo is beautifully furnished and comfortable.

Drew's condo was perfect for our family of 4 (mom, dad, two 17 years old twins). The view from the balcony, living area and primary bedroom is breathtaking. Very clean, lots of counter space in kitchen, nice size pantry, and the kitchen has just about any utensil/cooking/baking item one needs. It has salt & pepper and tupperware - guests just need to bring cooking oil, foil/saran wrap, coffee & filters/ k cups, and laundry detergent. One skim board, two extra beach chairs (in addition to the umbrella and 2 chairs from the beach service), 2 Boogie boards (good for smaller kids) and a pair of binoculars are also available to guests! Drew patiently answered ALL the questions I had before and during our stay, so helpful! You can see the Wednesday night fireworks set off on the pier from the balcony! Beach in front of Summerlin is much less crowded then the beach in front of buildings closer to the pier, which we liked. 5 minute drive to publix grocery store, about 15 minutes to Harbor Village in Destin. We had the best time in Drew's condo and did not want to leave! Thank you Drew!

Wow what a beautiful place!! Views are beautiful. Loved watching the dolphins come by everyday. Condo was very clean and had everything you could ask for and more. Love coming to stay at Summerlin. Easy walk to the beach and have the beach chairs and umbrella is perfect. Will be back for sure. Thanks for everything.

We had a wonderful week May 13-20! We could not have asked for a better much-needed beach trip! The condo was just perfect! We hope to be back very soon!!!

Our second time renting from Drew and Chris. The condo was beautiful and had everything we could want. And the views cannot be beat. We look forward to coming back. We left future visitors a puzzle to enjoy if the weather fails to cooperate like it did for us a few days.

This is our second year staying for 2 months in this unit, absolutely perfection. The unit has all the kitchen things you need and the balcony view from the master bdrm and living room is beautiful. Many happy hours on the balcony watching the dolphins, reading or just enjoying our view. Drew is so accommodating and always there if you have any questions. Thank you, Drew & Chris, for renting to us. Hopefully we'll be able to come back.

Wow just wow.It was beautifully decorated ,had everything you could possibly need to cook with.You could tell they thought of everything you would need,Drew was very responsive any time I text even to figure out the shower in the guest bathroom.First timer hopefully not the last.Beautiful views from the balcony.Smaller condo was perfect for us.

This is a great condo and actually our second year in a row booking this unit! Exactly as pictured with nice updates. We had a few things we were looking for prior to booking: balcony facing the ocean, master with ocean front views, limited carpet, and washer/dryer in unit. This property ticked all the boxes and then some. The beach service was amazing and the condo had a few extra beach chairs to use which was nice. Fort Walton Beach is much more our speech with more room on the beach and less crowds compared to Destin.

This is our 3rd year staying at Summerlin and again it did not disappoint. Has all the comforts of home, amazing gulf view from the balcony. Beach towels, along with chairs and umbrella Beach service and extra beach chairs, skim board for use while vacationing. Look forward to returning next year. Look no further, you found the perfect condo. It is beautifully decorated, super clean, has every single thing you could possibly need for the perfect beach vacation from a crockpot to beach towels. This is a smaller complex so no waiting for an elevator plus parking is super close to the elevator entrance. It has a large balcony for those rainy days when you want to read a book and relax. We loved this unit and the owners were amazing, don’t hesitate to book this, but leave a week for me next year lol! You will absolutely love this place!!

This was the perfect condo!! Perfect place to stay to enjoy beautiful beach views, pleasant evenings on the deck and a restful time. Gardners were very responsive to every question and great to rent from. Would definitely stay there again. The Summerlin is a smaller complex that is very clean and not as crowded as the bigger areas. Beach service was definite plus!!!!

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful condo. It has been beautifully updated! The pictures do not do it or the views justice. The sand and water are unbelievable. We will be back!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our two week stay at this condo. The condo was very clean and had every amenity needed for a wonderful stay. The views were fantastic from the master bedroom and living room. If you want a relaxing place to stay this is the condo for you. The beach service was a surprise bonus for no additional cost. We will definitely return. Rarely does one enter a vacation rental and the home is exactly as the advertised pictures. This condo is EXACTLY as stated. This home is equipped with every imaginable amenity. I loved every minute of my two week stay here on Okaloosa Island. The view from the sixth floor condo was beautiful. Morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the ocean then a glass of wine to end the day on the balcony was a dream come true. I highly recommend this condo. The owners responded within minutes of every email and text and were very accommodating throughout our stay.

I also like that the Summerlin is a smaller complex because it wasn't crowded. We hated to leave and will hopefully be able to stay again soon!

We absolutely loved our stay. The condo is completely updated and decorated beautifully. The view was the best part, it was right on the water with easy access to both beach and pool! We had a wonderful family vacation here.

We were lucky enough to one of the first families to stay here after the updates and new owners. Drew and Chris were great from the beginning with answering all questions.
