Meet & Contact Angie Kirkland

Hello, we are Angie & Arnold Kirkland.  We purchased our condo in 2021 and did a total renovation to turn it into a relaxing enjoyable place for families to come and make memories of a lifetime!!  Tropical Treasure is a wonderful life blessing come true for our family.  We have always wanted to own a condo, but God allowed that dream to happen after many years.  I have been coming to Panama City Beach my entire life, but to Sugar Beach since I was 14 years old with my parents.  It became a tradition, when I got married, my husband and I started bringing our children down here and now they are grown, we were able to purchase and now they come down with us to our little hidden treasure “Tropical Treasure”.  After making so many memories of our own we hope that you and you family may enjoy this area as much as we do and make memories of a lifetime and start making it a tradition. 
 
Our complex is not a high rise and you can park very close to your door.  The location is very convenient to restaurants, shopping, activities & St. Andrews State Park.
