I have loved the Emerald Coast since I was a little girl! I loved it so much that my dream was to own a place of my own  - so in 2006 we closed on our happy place at CALYPSO!  
We love the first floor convenience of FLIP FLOPS FUNSPOT W-104 and we love owning a piece of those white sandy beaches!  We are honored to share this dream with you!

"Over the Moon" that my mom has asked me to manage her ground level condo at MOONSPINNER 110-B!  Mom has been sharing our vacation condos with guests since 1989, and taught me well!  
Our condos reflect the pride that comes when sharing our "home away from home" with family, friends, and treasured guests!

Tower III offers all the amenities that were promised to the buyers back in 2002 when we signed to purchase our condo in Tower II. Can you say HOT TUB? 
Crabby's Cove 3-210 is a one bedroom oceanview/poolview condo conveniently located on the second floor, and SLEEPS 6!  
Mermaid's Dream 3-1004 is a one bedroom condo with fabulous oceanviews from the living room, kitchen, and master bedroom.
The balcony is double-sized!  Mermaid's Dream sleeps 4, but is perfect for two!

Park your car and walk acoss the covered connecting bridge, and you've arrived at the elevator that takes you to Mermaid's Dream, or the first floor pool/beach level!
Tower III has 2 speedy elevators, and ours is the closet to parking, and beach/pool access.
Mermaid's Dream 3-1004 has the best views of the ocean, beach, pier, and sunset. You can see the ocean from the comfort of your king sized bed!
See all the way to Destin!  The view is even prettier at night!
Sleeps 4, plus we provide a pac-n-play for babies, but is PERFECT for TWO!
The balcony is DOUBLE the size of most one-bedroom Calypso condos, and even larger than the balconies on our three bedroom condo in Tower 2.
Our newest condo is the perfect TEN!  Not too high, not too low...JUST RIGHT!
Loaded with updgrades and professionally decorated by the wife of the one of the developers. She must be a Mermaid!
