"Just A Short Walk" to Beach and Lake access, 30A-Beaches-South Walton, Florida Vacation Rental by Owner

Had the pleasure of staying here last week. What a gorgeous home in a great location, close to beach, restaurants, lake and more. 
Kids loved having the bikes to ride every day, the older kids kayaked thru the lake and got out into the gulf area. 
House was super clean, well equipped, and super comfy beds. The pool in the back was a nice added bonus. 
We highly recommend this house for anyone with kids and wanting to be close to everything. 
We biked to the HUB in Prominenance too where there are tons of great restaurants and outdoor open air cafes and live musice nightly.
Jill the manager was great to work with too. 
Cant wait to return here next year.

This house was the perfect set up for our family of 6. Everyone has their own bed and space. It had all the amenities we needed! The bicycles, kayaks and beach chairs were an added bonus and all in great condition This house is the perfect location to beach access and many restaurants that are a short and easy bike ride away! We loved the are and would def stay here again.

Thank You for the kind words. Yes, this is one of the best kept secrets along 30A. Less crowds, but close to the beach and this pool that is in the backyard is magnificent and so convenient with kids.

We returned from "A Short Walk to the Beach" lovely home a week ago and still depressed that we had to leave. We have a family of 9 that included a 2-year-old and a 4-month-old. We all fit in the house perfectly. The house was very clean and well stocked and in an excellent location close to food options and the beach! It is a must to take the kayaks out on Eastern Lake. No need to bring beach supplies because the supplies were perfect. Don't pass this one by. This was our first time to Seagrove and will be back.

We just returned from our first stay at this lovely home and I can't say enough good things! The house was very clean and well stocked and in an excellent location close to food options and the beach! We really enjoyed having the kayaks and all the beach supplies that came with the house also - all were clean, stored nicely and in excellent condition. The owners were very kind and responsive to our inquiries before the trip as well! We already want to go back!

We had the pleasure of renting this home for our family vacation last month. House was very very nice, super clean on arrival day. 
The Kids loved the huge pool out back, that we had our own gate too which was kind of cool. Some of the older adults did the kayaks through Eastern Lake one early morning. "Quite breathtaaking " is what they said. You can paddle out almost to the gulf, get out and walk around on the dunes was very fun. Beach was a short walk, not crowded either. We walked to some great restaurants, and we biked into Seaside a few times too. 
Happy hour at Bud n Allys is a must. Drinks and apps at the HUB was super fun too. Highly recommend this house for a fun family vacation. 
Manager was great to work with too, always accessible.

Stayed here for our family annual reunion we do in Seagrove every year. This was a fabulous house, very clean, and we loved the pool being right there in the back yard. We walked to the beach while the kids took there bikes. Restaurants were close and easy walking, morning walks to Beachy Bean for coffee and bagels was wonderful. We already booked our return for next year. The Burkes were easy to work with and well informed about the area. 

Highly recommend ! 

We loved this house, rented bikes and biked everywhere. Walked over to Old Florida Fish House for dinner several nights. 
Beach was a short walk and a easy bike ride. Kiddos loved paddle boarding in the lake which has access just across the street. 

House was very clean, beds were super comfy, will definately return as we LOVE Seagrove Beach

We usually stay in Destin, so we werent sure about this part of 30A. Well, we loved this little house and it backs up to a very nice pool that was not crowded. We walked to the beach, grad kids took there bikes, the house was clean, and equipped well too. Some nice restaurants within walking distance, the girls walked to coffee shop and had breakfast every morning. One day we all biked to Seaside which was a nice 3 mile bike ride and we had lunch there. Overall, a great house and we will return for sure.
