This place was amazing. Our family of 12 (three generations) had a fabulous time. The beach was a short walk away and for me at my elderly age was super nice. Everyone had a great time, the house was beautiful, beds so comfy, AC worked great the entire time. I can't think of one negative thing to say about this place. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic Destine vacation.

This house was perfect for our family. Our son, his wife, and their 4 children joined us for this vacation and this home was perfect. We each had our private area when we wanted quiet time and a large family room, dinning, kitchen area for our together time. House had everything we needed and the kitchen was well supplied with pots, pans, dishes, flatware, glasses, and so much more. The location was GREAT! The beach was a very short walk and beautiful. The community pool was clean and just a few steps away. Great house for large family vacations.

You can't go wrong with this property. Convenient location, clean, good set up with master and large bath on main plus 1/2 bath so others don't have to run up and down steps. TV in every room. Very comfortable. Carts to carry chairs to beach. Super nice and safe community. Highly recommend.

We loved the setup of this home. We had three families and each family had privacy on the three levels of the home. The owners are great to work with, Destin is beautiful, the pool was warm and very clean. This is an awesome house, we were very pleased.

It was the little things that made the experience even better than we anticipated...Jay called us to let us know the unit was ready earlier than expected, and we found baby gates (which we had forgotten to bring for our 1 year old). Jay recommended dining places (all good, I might add!). The beach was a close walk and the pavilion with restrooms for Emerald Shores guests was a blessing for our toddler. It was perfect for our extended family of 6 adults and 2 children. Exceptional.

Stayed here April 2015 with some girlfriends. Weather was awful but we still had a great time. House is a few minute walk to the beach. Lots of shopping, restaurants close by. Well appointed and beautiful furnishings. Plan on coming back with my family. Would definitely rent here again.

South Seas had everything! The kitchen was the best stocked of any rental house in which we have ever stayed. The dishes and glassware were extra nice; with more flatware than you could ever need. The bed was extremely comfortable; the master bathroom and closet were spacious. The house was clean, well maintained, the furniture was comfortable, the decor beautiful, and the location of Emerald Shores is central to everything. Booking was easy and convenient. Everything about the house was perfect, which is why we will be back next year! It's just a shame there were only two of us to enjoy that big, lovely house!

Huge home with lots of room for everyone. Could have brought another family with us and still had plenty of space. Furnishings are new/modern and everything is super-clean. Kitchen iss fully stocked and there is a nice breakfast bar in addition to a large dining table. Two separate living spaces were a plus when the kids wanted to do their own thing. All the beds are VERY comfortable and master bathroom has a fabulous jacuzzi tub and walk-in closet. Very short walk to beach, pool and tennis/basketball courts. Owner was great to work with also! Our only critique is that the air conditioning cannot be set any lower than 72 degrees. We're used to sleeping in cooler temperatures. Fans helped, but would have liked it a bit cooler. If we find ourselves vacationing in Destin again, we'll definitely stay here!

Your family will have a great beach vacation when staying at SOUTH SEAS, our Destin Florida Home Rental. The home is a South Pacific themed three-story luxury vacation home located approximately 125 yards from the beach pavilion (2 - 3 minute walk) and is only two houses away from the main neighborhood pool within the EMERALD SHORES subdivision, a gated beach ownership community! EMERALD SHORES is the only residential community in Destin that has a private beach pavilion with restrooms, outdoor showers, beach service and it's very own Pavilion Bar & Grill!
