ating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay. I always worry about how far “short” walks to the beach are, but this was a great location! The management team was very helpful and responsive. The house is well equipped for a stay. My only wish is that, if the property is available, they would let you access it early without a fee. This is the first time that a stay wanted to charge for that.

In regards to the early entry fee, we understand your position on this, but in the Short Term Rental business we find that making last minute changes or request causes a few hiccups in turn over days. We always like to be able to offer this earlier access for the guest to start their vacation a little earlier if it is available. But it does cost us some extra steps and people to be able to make the offer. A separate code has to be made and put into the system to allow entry. It is clearly stated in your guidebook that check-in is at 4:00 pm CT. We like giving the guest the opportunity if they so desire to use it. Pineapple Paradise is just the perfect getaway condo. It had all the amenities needed for a vacation spot. It is so close to beach. The walk is super short maybe less than 5 minutes. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely vacation here again!

Me & my daughter couldn’t ask for no better. Very clean spacious condo w queen & King beds. Large living room was great. It’s everything the listing says. Everyone was awesome to work with and responded quickly to our needs. We loved it!

This condo definitely met our expectations. The check in process was flawless. The staff with Breath Easy was fantastic, they made sure we were well taken care of. Right when you walked in you could see the condo was clean and well maintained. We stayed for a month and brought our own pot, pans and knives (I love to cook) but we wouldn’t have needed to. There was everything you need to make a gourmet meal and the quality was good. The beds were comfortable and clean. There is a fresh seafood market (Blalocks) right around the corner that we used often. They were awesome!! The walk to the beach thru a private gate was about 3 minutes. My wife and I were impressed. Highly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this location. Very close to restaurants, shopping, beach, and more! Great space and the facility was very clean…had everything we needed. Recommend Merlin’s for local pizza and LuLu’s for a fun dinner out!

Such a great place to stay and the rental company was amazing. They checked in on us several times to make sure everything was going well. Everything was nice and clean! Very short distance to the beach too! Loved our stay here. We will return!

My family and I had the absolute best vacation in Destin this year when staying at Pineapple Paradise.The unit was clean. The appliances worked great. The beds were the most comfortable we have ever had in a rental. It felt like a home away from home. They communicated with us during our stay to make sure everything was good. Quick responses when we had questions. We have come to Destin for the past 10 years or so for vacation. This year was by far the best. We will definitely be staying in Pineapple Paradise again. I highly recommend!

This property was amazing and everything was perfect. If we ever get to come back I will definitely rebook this property. Convenient to everything. Traffic is terrible but that's the only downfall.

Property was as advertised, comfortable, and clean. Plenty of space for my family of 4. Beach was a short walk away. Was difficult to get in and out due to traffic. Overall great week!

Nicely decorated, comfortable two bedroom/2 baths. It was a a short walk to the beach, where we spent most of our days. We recommend the umbrella service. The pool was a nice treat at the end of each day. Location to the local restaurants, and stores is ideal.

We made the short trip to Destin for my brother's beach wedding. The Pineapple Paradise condo met our (my partner, mother, and myself) needs perfectly! The small touches, like local coffee and toiletries, were great! The team went above and beyond to accommodate us. We utilized beach service one day and it was easy-peasy. One note- the driveway is kind of hard to miss. Once you know where it is there is no problem, but if you do rideshare be aware that the driver might need a gentle nudge. Thanks so much for having us!

We enjoyed the quick walk to the beach, the beach chairs/umbrella service and spent time at the pool. Loved being able to use the washer/dryer to keep our beach towels and clothes clean and fresh each day. We had everything we needed and were very comfortable here.

We loved this condo for its close proximity to private beach access, beach chair service, super cute decor and comfortable furniture and beds and the use of the washer/dryer so we could have fresh beach towels and swimsuits every day. The kids enjoyed the pool and we never had issues with parking.

We enjoyed our week at this property. Easy beach access and convenient location along with a clean, comfortable property made a stress free week. We had a minor maintenance issue during our stay, and the property managers were responsive and attentive.

Pineapple Paradise was such a treat to stay at and felt very welcoming. It was VERY clean and the bedding and pillows were wonderful. Parking was right in front of the condo and the walk to the beach was a breeze. It was also in a great central location to everything. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you!!

This was a first January trip to Destin. I appreciated the good communication prior to our trip and while we were there. The condo and furnishings were very nice. Hopefully we can work things ot for a longer stay next year.
