This 3 bedroom/2 bathroom penthouse includes: A fully stocked kitchen with adjoining dining area, a living room with a queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests and black out draperies, and two private balconies. A master suite with a king size bed, private bathroom with stand alone shower and large soaking tub, and balcony access. A second bedroom with a queen size bed and a flat screen TV. A bunk room with twin size bunk beds and a TV (This spot is great for the kids). Washer and dryer in unit.

We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.

We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.
