Dock features: The Dock is currently under reconstruction. The anticipated completion time is the end of May 2024. Please reach out to make sure it is completed if you plan to bring a boat. There will be moorings for sailboats, a boat lift that will fit up to a 25-foot bay or gulf boat,  a jet ski lift. There will be a stairway into the water right outside of the home, lighting at mid-dock and end of the dock, 3 green fishing lights on the dock for night fishing, a stair ladder at the end of the dock for swimming, and a freshwater shower at the end of the dock with hot and cold water.
Get away from congested traffic and large crowds in Destin and enjoy the serenity of the Bay!  This is a quiet neighborhood in Niceville.  It is only a short drive to Destin and Sandestin; but also has everything you need nearby in Niceville. Walmart is a 5-7 minute drive from the home. Bait Shop is 4 minutes, Publix is 7 minutes, 3rd Planet Brewing is 5 minutes, Niceville Yacht Club is 6 minutes, Bluewater Bay Marina is 13 minutes, Oak Marina is 6 minutes.
