Oh my god the condo is stunning. Photos don't do it justice. Everything is very clean and new. The location is fantastic. But what really makes this condo and Barb amazing is the details that they add to this place. The fact that Barb provides such things as hair wraps and hair dryers in every bathroom, black make-up face cloths, game boards and a fully stocked kitchen, it's absolutely outstanding. It just makes such a difference. Will definitely rent this place again in a heartbeat. Thank you for having us! 

This condo was the perfect getaway for our family! Barb put thought into every askpect of her place. There were snacks and water on the breakfast bar when we arrived, which were very appreciated by our kids who had been in the airport all day and we hadn't made it to the grocery store yet. Kitchen is very well stocked with any cooking utensil you could need...and more! The beds were very comfy as well as the couch and patio furniture. The towels are super nice and she even provides hair turbans for wet hair. The pool was excellent  and the Emerald Hub restaurant on the first floor is a must.  We were walking distance to Pier Park and right across the road from the beach. We hated to leave, but we will definitely be back next summer!

SUPERB...11 on a scale of 1 to 10!  You will not find a better host. Barb even made a trip by to drop off some items we needed. This unit is absolutley spectacular with the most amazing view of the gulf you have ever seen! We NEVER had to get back in our car after our arrival due to the central location of this unit and all of the available amenities. This was the best rip to the gulf we have ever experienced. We included our small business in this trip and it was a perfect spot to host our clients and vendors along with our family members.  If you want to have the best time of your life on the white sugary sands and clear emerald waters of Panama City Beach THIS is the place to rent!
