Me and my 4 and 11 year old stayed here for the week. It was clean, wonderful location(beach literally across the street), the keyless entry was awesome and the pictures are exactly what you get! The owner checked in with us and answered any questions quickly! I highly recommend this place.

Our family stayed here for a little under a week. Our 5yr wedding anniversary coincided with our girls spring break so we decided to turn it into a family trip. My husband is a cancer survivor so I'm extremely big on cleanliness. This place was extremely clean and had everything we needed to keep it that way. It also had all the technology we needed to entertain two very busy mini mermaids when we were preparing for the beach. The location is beyond excellent! The beach is only steps away and if you need a change of pace try the pool or jacuzzi. Anything you need is just around the corner and the communication with the owners was A+. Ms. Jessica and her husband stayed in contact with us the entire time making sure we had everything we need. Our girls even participated in a cute mermaid hunt game Jessica offers to guests. I will also note that the tub is a mom's dream if you have younger children that struggle with showers. My family will definitely be back to Mermaid Point!

This was just what we needed! Cute condo that is warmly decorated to give you that get-away feel of the beach and ocean! The beds were so comfortable that we were able to relax after a long day on the beach which is a very convenient walk across the street. Best of all was the quietness this condo provided. It's a bit away from the more busy part of the 98 scenic highway. Loved the cozy neighborhood feel of this condo! We'll definitely be back!

My husband and I stayed here with our young boys ages 7 &8. This place was perfect for us. Great proximity to the beach which is a walk across the street. Great neighborhood for walking running or biking. Property has a nice heated pool and hot tub. Close to major attractions. Check in and communication with owner was great. She was responsive and ensured we had everything we needed during our trip!

Great condo and love easy access to beach. We enjoyed quiet evenings on porch swing. Condo had items needed. It was clean. Renting from a private owner was more personal attention than a corporate owner. Hopefully Jessica will still own for years to come.
