Our family had a wonderful week in this beautifully decorated and well-appointed condo. I appreciated working directly with the owner Devonne and her communication was prompt and helpful, both before and during our stay. The unit is exactly as shown in the photos and was exceptionally clean. Everything felt new and thoughtfully chosen, lots of extras included to make us feel right at home but also like we were on vacation at a high-end hotel (loved the spa bathrooms!). I also fell in love with the beautifully decorated kitchen and huge stainless sink. We prepared breakfast, lunch and several dinners in the condo to maximize our beach time. Also LOVED the polywood deck furniture and beautiful view. Spent lots of time on the balcony! We loved the location of Regency Towers at the quieter end of the beach and close to two of our favorite restaurants, Schooners and Captain Anderson's. Dollar General located directly across the street was super helpful for picking up extra supplies and a Publix less than two miles away for groceries. The two huge pools were so nice and clean, and we enjoyed going back and forth from our included beach chairs. Snack shack had a great variety of food options which our teens enjoyed for lunch and dinner a couple of times. They also had a full bar and you could buy bags of ice there! Parking lot could get full at times but we were always able to find a spot with no problems, and appreciated being able to purchase a second parking pass for across the street. Devonne also has a second unit on the 12th floor so this would be an awesome choice for two families or extended family to stay in her gorgeous condo/s and enjoy the beautiful beach and amenities of Regency Towers. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

What can I say…. This condo was AMAZING in every way. The furnishings all new and comfortable. The cleaning was also good. Location to the beach was so convenient. AND it came with two reserved chairs (may be subject to time of rental) Devonne was so great with her communication and everything went seamlessly. I would highly recommend staying here. When we come back to PCB, I will be reaching out to her for sure. True gem here. All around!

From the fully furnished kitchen to the comfortably appointed family room and bedrooms, the owners have taken care of all the extras, so all you need to do is enjoy yourself. With 2 Olympic sized pools (one of which is heated) on site in addition to a kiddy pool, hot tub room, snack shack, exercise room and more, there is plenty of fun to be had. Beach chairs and umbrellas are included, as well as WIFI and cable. From sunrise to sunset, it's the ideal way to experience Panama City Beach.
Master bedroom has one king bed, 2nd bedroom has two double beds. Two full bathrooms (en suite has walk-in shower), full kitchen, washer/dryer. Balcony, which looks out over pools and beach, has access from both the living room and master bedroom.
