My wife and I stayed at Seaview in April 2023. This was our 2nd visit to Seaview and the house is well maintained and stocked. Mr. Crenshaw maintains good communication and is very prompt and attentive. SGI/Seaview/Mr. Crenshaw: a winning combination!

Seaview has a new heat pump pool heater and several weeks of use so far has proven that it really works well. And of course the best part is Seaview does NOT charge for the pool heat...not $350 or $275...nothing! And no other fees either...no cleaning or booking fees.

This is our 2nd time at Seaview and it did not disappoint! It has been almost 10 years since our last visit and we wondered why we waited so long! The proximity to the peaceful, uncrowded beach is great! Although we had to endure Hurricane/Tropical Storm Nicole (1 day of wind and rain) we had a terrific stay!. We found lots to do and places to eat on the island and in Apalachicola and Eastpoint. Thanks again for letting us use your home!!!
Mindy and family...so glad you had another great time at Seaview and SGI! Even in a storm, St George is a good place to be! For those off weather days, we do offer games that help get your family back together and away from their screens!

We have been going to SGI for 11 years now. We have stayed in 6 different houses on the island and this one is by far our favorite!! This was our second time staying at Seaview and everyone in our family agreed that this house has it all. I love that David and Suzy have very detailed notes for everything, especially the TVs...the older we get, the more complicated those become. David is very good at communicating before hand and making sure everything is prepared for your stay. He even checked in while we were there just to make sure everything was going smoothly. Wonderful house....wonderful location....wonderful people. We will definitely be staying again!

Seaview was well stocked and in a fantastic location. The owner responded to every question I had in an extremely timely manner. Communication was amazing. My family of 7 very much enjoyed this house. The location was fantastic. This was our first time on the island and it was everything we hoped for. Thank you David and Suzy. We especially loved the pool, hot tub, amazing decks and chairs, and the very well stocked kitchen.

We love Seaview & have stayed there multiple times. The home is always well kept, fully stocked and the owners are available for any issues that might arise! Seaview is close to everything you need on the island while being in a quite area of St. George. We will stay here again!

This was our 2nd year to stay at Seaview! David communicates and is always willing to answer questions. We love the outdoor decks and pool/hot tub. Grilling out and swimming is a great way to end a long day on the beach… Can’t wait to go back!

My family loved Seaview so much, we booked it for the second consecutive year. Really great location on SGI with terrific views of the sea. The house has really great outdoor spaces to maximize your enjoyment of the FL weather, and the inside has everything you need for daily life. The owner David is fantastic to work with…very responsive and detail-oriented. Can’t wait to come back again!

Glad you enjoyed the outdoor space as the pool has a new surface as of last year and the decking was re-done a few months ago. And the hot tub is new as of last year. Seaview was everything we wanted and David's attention to detail made our vacation feel like a home away from home. We enjoyed relaxing by the fire and watching the sunsets from the hammock. The kitchen had all we needed and we appreciated the multiple Trivial Pursuit games for all ages! (Very humbling I will admit!) Can't wait to return.

Our family enjoyed our third visit! Clean house, ample amenities, great location with ocean view. Owner is always available for questions with quick response. Thank you for guiding us safely through tropical depression "FRED" with personal storm information and links to the Franklin County government warnings. You were correct in saying the weather is beautiful after a storm passes.
June and family from Virginia...thanks for your third visit to Seaview. Storms can be a challenge at beach homes but I am glad you ended up with a mostly nice week. My minor storm repairs have been take care of as I am fortunate to have good repair people that usually respond quickly.

This is our second time to stay at Seaview and this will be the only place we stay when we come to St. George Island. We love the house, the pool and the location to the beach. Home is always perfect and David is so easy to work with for rental. Perfect!!

We had a great week staying at Seaview. It is a very nice, well-kept place. The owner was easy to contact if we had any questions. The pool area is awesome. We grilled, swam and had bonfires all week. We also spent plenty of time on the beach. Overall, we had an excellent vacation staying at Seabreeze.

We certainly enjoyed our week at Seaview. David is very quick to respond to any questions. Check in and out is simple. The pool and hot tub area is a great place to enjoy cool evenings and add extra fun for kids. There is a ton of room for everyone in this home.

Even in the midde of winter we had a great time. The property has plenty of room with two master bedrooms and another that could be considered a master.. David was very good to work with though the entire process making sure to double check everything and follow up to make sure nothing was missed. I will comment that some of the reviews questioned the instructions on different things...I found them to be very helpful. Particularly the different remotes. Made it much easier to use without having to figure them out. Very happy with the visit.

We stayed here in October and it was warm enough to swim in the Gulf but on the nights it got chilly, we were able to hang out in the heated pool, the hot tub, and by the fire pit! This house was on point and a beautiful place! Our children had their own space and often fought over who would sit in the hammock on the top deck! Great family relaxing!!!

* Seaview is a clean 4 BR, 3-1/2 bath home with 2K masters, 1 Q, & 2 XL twins + a pak n play for your infant. Occupancy is 8 adults/children + an infant or two.
* Seaview costs are simply the rent + 10.5% sales/lodging taxes. We do not fee you to death! No cleaning fee!, No booking fee!
* Located next to the bike path and 1 mile from the lighthouse. A short 150 steps to the white sands of the Gulf!
* Expanded, privated heated pool with fire pit (roast marshmellows?) , outdoor H/C shower, hot tub, picnic table and lots of lounge chairs.
* POOL is heated FREE OF CHARGE in Mar, Apr, & May and Sept, Oct, & Nov. Other weeks can be heated based on the weather at $75/wk.
* Ready for the beach? We supply beach towles, beach chairs, unbrellas, a cooler, & sand toys, (Saves you $300 for family of 6)
* Seaview now offers an early check in at 3pm. Gives you a little more time in paradise! (earlier check in is sometimes possible).
St George Island is a rural island community with no highrises! A National Travel Magazine has ranked St George Island as one of the " Best Islands in the US." The beach is not crowded...you may see only 20 peoiple for 1/2 mile in either direction. There are about 7 resturants on the island. Apalachicola is 11 miles from Seaview and is a National Trust "Distinctive Historic Community" with cute shops and about 25 more restaurants.
* if you want to stay in, you can partake of some of games or lots of books to read. Or go to the 4th flloor hammock for a snooze!
* The bike path is in front of Seaview and is a paved 10 mile long path for bikes & walkers and is fairly flat!
* Behind Seaview (1-1/2 blocks) is an estuary whene you can explore nature, see wildlife (inc eagles), and walik into the sandy bayside beach.
* Fishing ? If you want to fish you have come to the right place! 2 half mile long free fishing piers, bait shops, and fishing in the surf.
* Parking at Seaview...we can accomodate 3-4 cars or 3 + boat with 11" ceiling.
