The deposit is due upon booking. Personal VENMO is accepted for deposits or a personal check if received 20 days prior to check in. Primary booking guests will have welcome gifts. Instructions and info is sent prior to your trip along with your personal door code. Full payment is due no later than 20 days prior to check in or 3 days when credit card is used for payment only. Deposits are returned after unit is cleaned and inspected. Parking registration fee is $50 each for 2 vehicles and paid upon arrival to property.

We enjoyed our week at Serenity. The rooms were nice, kitchen was well equipped, and the balcony was exceptional for having our coffee or watching the sun go down over the ocean. We will definitely consider returning for our next Orange Beach vacation.

We stayed in Serenity 705A. We have rented from Stephanie several times over the years. I would rent anything that she has. The pictures are exactly what the condo looks like. It is clean and the location is perfect. Any vacation that we plan in OB, we will always rent from Stephanie. She answers any questions you may have and makes it easy to plan your vacation. I would highly recommend renting from SandMann rentals.
Oh we love having the Millers (where ever I end up owning...lol!) Thank you for being such a thoughtful and gracious guest! Hope you come back with we're beautiful on the outside too next summer....you're the best!

Stayed here for a mom/ sister trip and was very impressed with how clean the condo was. The deck was so spacious and the chair rockers were the most comfortable seats of any condo we have ever rented. Can’t imagine how nice it will be with the new doors. Stephanie is a very kind owner and always responded quickly with any questions I had.

We stayed here a couple of weeks ago. This condo is amazing. The owners make sure that there is everything (and then some) that one would need for a vacation, including beach toys! The beds were comfortable. The balcony is amazing! Highly recommend for your next vacation!

We were recent guests in Serenity 705a. Stephanie was great to work with when planning our stay. The condo was very clean upon arrival. The decor was very relaxing, beds comfortable and the kitchen had everything you could possibly need. I especially liked that because I cooked a lot during our stay. Our host even left us a little something to remember our stay at Serenity. Thank you SandMann Rentals. We certainly hope we can return for another pleasant stay at Serenity 705a when the building restoration is finished.

We've been coming to GS/OB for nearly 30 years, and have stayed in many different locations. This was the first time we've ever stayed at Summer House, but we will definitely be back! Serenity is a wonderful condo... beautifully decorated, well stocked, VERY clean, and close to everything. Stephanie is the easiest person to work with, always available to answer any questions or address any issues or concerns, and she's so easy to talk to! We had the best time and can't wait to visit again!!

This was our first time staying at one of Stephanie’s condos. The decor was perfect, beds were comfy and when we had a small issue with the air she had someone out in a matter of a few hours. Very well stocked and centrally located. Beach access was great. The only tiny worrisome thing was the patio door was kinda hard to close but I’m assuming that is from the saltwater! Will most definitely stay here again, nice large rooms and a huge balcony??
Thank you Angela....yeah we're watching that new AC! It best not give us a freeze over again. Great news is we get brand new, high impact sliders next year when we get our building A restoration...it will be SOOOO beautiful so stay tuned!

This is the 3rd time we have stayed in one of Stephanie's condos. It never disappoints us. They are always clean and so comfortable. It feels like home away from home. She responds to any questions you may have very quickly. We love the Summerhouse and look forward to staying again in the future!

Serenity 705A was the perfect place for our family beach vacay. Plenty of room for our family of 8. The little touches make the place perfect….Extra blankets for couch lounging, board games, beach items, puzzle and much more. The balcony was our favorite spot! The furniture was so comfy…the guys may have even snuck in a nap or two out there??. The SummerHouse complex is easy to get around, plenty of parking and beach space. Great location! We walked to the beachside restaurant Coastal for lunch and supper. Stephanie is very responsive and great to communicate. Good time had by all the Jackson Family!

We had a great time at “Serenity” Summer House. When we bought this condo in Feb. 2023, it was with a management company....whew did we have to give it some love!! We define serenity: a state of being calm & peaceful Feel the coastal calm ~ We've just did a little refresh with some bedding, furniture,decor, lighting, fixtures, new full size washer/dryer, new AC, fancy new stove along with some great added creature comforts! (read our guest reviews!)
We're from Louisiana and believe in a little Laginappe' (that means a little something extra) ~ you'll love the elevated homey feel. Primary bedroom has a king bed with ensuite bath with walk-in shower.
One guest bedroom as a king bed

These two bedrooms share a bath with tub/shower combo.

Find your Bliss right here in Orange Beach ~ Our 7th floor three bedroom feels like you have your own resort ~ stylish and comfortable. We love couples and families that love to be at the beach . The moment you arrive at Summer House 705a, you'll feel the calm you've been craving. The master bedroom has a comfy king bed ready with an en-suire bath with a walk-in shower. Soft and cozy bedding ready for TV watching or late night book reading. We provide bath soaps so no need to worry about those.
We sleep a max of 8 humans in beds only (no sofa bed !) The condo is a split layout with guest rooms on the other side. Another king size bedroom boasts a soft pallet of pinks to instantly get you into vacation mode along with your own reading lights and side tables for convenient phone charging. Unload your suitcase in the chest tucked away in the closet then hit the sand!
The third bedroom is spacious enought for two queen beds! Perfect for your teens or a third couple to stretch out. We have reading lights & charging stripes in case you'd like to hide away and read. A fully loaded game console is under the TV in the double queen room. The second bath caters to guests on this side of the condo with a tub/shower combo. Soaps are provided for your convienence.
We're right on the beach! Just 50 steps from the boardwalk to the beach & about the same to the beach front pool. We should have boogie boards and sand toys for the kids on the chest on the balcony. Grab a seat and just enjoy the sound of those gulf waves. We have a nice dining set to eat outside along with swival chairs for great conversation. The entire condo has LV flooring so no carpet. Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything you should need including a crockpot and two kinds of coffee pots. We offer barware & blender if you'd like to grab a cocktail for the sunset ~ cheers!
After walking in the the beach, relax inside with our large Smart TV to log into your Netflix, HBO Max and Prime Video. Enjoy our cabinet full of games along with a PlayStation concole with 30 games & books for those rainy days! Rainy outside Enjoy our huge indoor spa and pool just steps away from our building. You're time with us should be relaxing and memorable = Serenity!
Summer House is a fabulous location for your stay in Orange Beach! We're close to the most popular restaurants like CoastAL restaurant & store, The Gulf, The Wharf, The Orange Beach Store along with Rouses grocery store...walkable if you're up to it!

Summer House building B will be under restoration from Sept. 2023 - May 2024. They will have staging material in front of that part of the parking lot and you may hear some noise during 8- 5 daylight hours. The outdoor pool with remain OPEN and so is all of the resort other than B building. Our building A will under go the same restorations end of Aug. 2024 - May 2025. 705A will NOT have any guests at this time but B building is allowed to have guests. The outdoor pool will be CLOSED at this time.
