When originally writing this post, we planned to only include lunch and dinner restaurants. But we soon realized Thomas Donut and Snack Shop could not be ignored. Voters raved about the donuts and sandwiches here. Do not be fooled by the name, as Thomas Donut and Snack Shop also serves dinner and lunch. Enjoy a wide variety of donuts and breakfast specials all the way to fried shrimp and oysters for dinner. Thomas Donut and Snack Shop is a must stop when visiting Panama City Beach.
