Siting right behind the condominium complex of Leeward Keys, Emerald Shores is a tight nit community, that features 96 “resort style” homes that range anywhere from 2 bedrooms to 5 bedroom homes perfect for spending a week at the beach. Every home is spaciously built so guests are able to really nestle in and use these rentals as their home away from home for during their stay. Inside each rental is fully equipped with all of the amenities that one needs when on vacation. Each beach home that is inside the gated community features a driveway for at least 2 vehicles to use for the stay.
When staying in this gated community, guests will also find 2 community pools that are indeed seasonly heated and in the perfect walking distance from any Emerald Shores Vacation Home, no matter where located in the community. One pool being placed towards the beach end of the neighborhood, while the other is located directly by the community tennis courts. These pools are also gated with their own outdoor showers, bathrooms, lounge chairs and picnic areas with umbrellas, which makes both pool areas the perfect spots if you want to take a break from the salt water and sand for the day. Another unique feature that Emerald Shores offers their guests is the community usage of the tram cart. This tram cart travels up and down the neighborhood, picking up guests and their beach gear to then drop them off right in front of the beach’s private access. This makes it very convenient for the whole family to arrive at the beach at one time while avoiding making several trips for other beach equipment. Guests will also be provided with Emerald Shores wrist bands and the unique code to get themselves into the Emerald Shores Beach Pavilion. This pavilion has every amenity you could need while spending your day at the beach. From outdoor showers, bathrooms, shade and a picnic area to also being able to order food and drinks through out the day! Recently, this beach pavilion has undergone new management, giving you an even better experience than before. Drinks that can be purchased at the pavilion vary from certain alcoholic beverages for adults 21 years of age and over, and non-alcoholic beverages. Food can also be found at the bar that consists of different snacks and pre-made sandwiches.
