My name is Tayler Godar. I am apart of the 2016 graduating class of Georgetown College in Georgetown, Kentucky. I graduated with my bachelors in Communication as well as Psychology while also being a 4-year athlete in cross-country and track and field for Georgetown. I’m sure you’re asking, what drew me to become apart of ECBYO? Well, I have been traveling to Destin, Florida every summer and spring break for the past 20 years, which means I know most of the Emerald Coast like it was my hometown. My family has owned several rental properties in Destin throughout the years that I have been fortunate enough to see grow into what they have become today and I want to see other vacation home rental owners have the same wonderful memories and experience that my family and I have had the past 20 years.

My job with ECBYO is the Customer Service Representative and to focus my attention on our guests and customers to make sure that they are finding everything that they need in order to have the best experience possible with us and on their vacation. One of my many rolls is to help YOU, the owner to get your listing(s) up quickly and successfully so you are able to start taking inquiries and bookings ASAP! So you may ask, what makes a listing a good listing? There are a few things that we require in order for your listing to go live. We want to make sure every listing has a GREAT description about their property. This not only helps the guests get a better idea of what they may be booking, but it also helps search engines not only pickup our website, but to pick up your property specifically. We also want to ensure that every property has checked off the amenities and activities that come along with the rental property. One of the most important things that a listing can have is 24 professional quality photos along with a caption for every photo. Guests want to be able to see what they are getting with their booking, and a good or bad picture can either make or break that booking.

When it comes to YOU the guest, I am going to make sure that it is as easy as possible to find the perfect rental home/condo for your vacation. I will make sure to get ahold of the owner of your dream rental if you are not able to or are too busy too. Whether it is a quick weekend getaway with you and your friend, or if you are traveling with every family member for your holiday vacation, I will make sure to find the rental that best suites you and your needs so you are able to make those amazing memories you have always dreamed of!
