Meet & Contact Alan & Beth Ramspeck

Greetings!

We are Alan and Beth Ramspeck from Cumming, Georgia.  We have been blessed with the good fortune to acquire properties in Athens - Georgia, Tiger - Georgia, and most recently in Cape San Blas - Florida.  We are exprienced hosts, and regulary visit our homes, treating them less as "rentals" than our personal homes.  We take pride in our places, are happy to share our homes with guests, and are comitted to making your stay enjoyable. 

We have vacationed with our five children in Barrier Dunes for years, and the stars aligned in 2025 allowing us to acquire our property there.  It's a wonderful commuinty, and our family have made many great memories there.  The sunsets can't be beat, and it's a super pet friendly community.  Our mini-doodles Ozzie (aka "Prince Oswald") and his sidekick Milo accompany us pretty much wherever we go.  We enjoy the outdoors, good food and drink, and the company of others.  We're looking forward to scalloping and kayaking in the bay, and exploring all that the gulf offers.
