I am a wife, mother, business owner, and private host originally from Texas and now living in Franklin, Tennessee. My husband and I purchased this condo at the end of March 2022 for personal use and to serve as our vacation rental property in Panama City Beach. We are relatively new to this process and are still navigating the ins and outs and will continue to enhance and improve the process as we go.
