This is a photo of me out to dinner with my sister-in-law, at a restaurant in Destin, FL! Hello and thank you for considering my condo.  I hope you'll book now and come back year after year. This space is supposed to be where I tell you some things about myself. OK then...I grew up in a large family on Long Island, NY. I graduated from PACE University in Westchester, NY and that's where I started my 28-year career with AT&T. A few years after joining AT&T, the company transferred me to Kansas, and four years later, to NJ. I couldn't afford to live in NJ initially so I lived in PA and commuted from there. Eventually, I did buy a nice home in NJ where I lived for 12 years. Now I live in southern Delaware where the taxes are low and there's plenty of bay and ocean coastline to enjoy. Once I moved to DE, I became a REALTOR and, after 10 years of that, I am finally retiring altogether. I have two wee doggies - Winnie & Duffy, a brother and sister duo from the local SPCA. How could I just take one without the other? I couldn't ! And so here we are, the best trio I've ever been a part of.

I purchased this condo in April 2018 and I am excited to be there each time I visit. I know you'll love it too. I am impressed by how the grounds are kept spotless and how the feeling you get is "luxury resort". The location can't be beat. You can walk to everything you need and anything else you want to do is just a short drive away. Condos at The Crescent rarely come up for sale and at the recommendation of my brother, who also owns a unit here, I bought this one sight unseen. The entire condo has been 100% renovated top-bottom and side-to side and completed December 2023, so I hope you'll book your vacation in UNIT 116 at The Crescent and come see what's new!!!

What makes this Condo unique

The Crescent building is extremely well managed by our capable & dedicated HOA board and those they have hired on our behalf. I was so impressed when I met them all at our annual meeting in October 2018. We have an enormous "lagoon" swimming pool and a 2nd pool that is heated. So nice. Our patio area is top notch and very spacious. We even have a beautiful hot tub out there. There is bountiful parking and much of it is covered. The Crescent is a gated property so it feels like an exclusive resort. The maintenance staff and the front desk staff are all just wonderful folks. The building also features a work out room with lots of equipment, a private "lounging" room for you to enjoy books and puzzles, a conference room, and a very large lobby area where you can sit and watch all the "comings and goings" of the day. The Crescent is THE BEST BUILDING ON THE BEACH, in my opinion!!! You just have to come and check it out!
