Meet & Contact Joanne and Bill Stewart

My husband and I came down for our fist time to Panama City Beach during the winter of 2022. We are from Michigan. A few days after we left, Michigan had a huge snowstorm with 13" of snow in one day. We drove down during the snowstorm. What should have taken us 5 hours to our first stop ended up taking us 10 hours because of the roads. But we took our time and kept going. Once we got down to PCB, and we looked out at the beautiful emerald waters, and saw the miles and miles of sugar sand beaches in front of us instead of the snow, we were sold. We no longer wanted to deal with those cold, gray Michigan winters.

Why This Property?

We fell in love with PCB the first time we came here in February 2022. We usually go to southern Florida but had heard about the panhandle and PCB and wanted to give it a try. Oh my gosh....the first time we saw those emerald green waters we were in awe. We have seen many beaches before but none of them like these. The beaches were so beautiful. We could walk for miles along the beach, stop at restauants along the way, hunt for seashells, go shopping, go to the pier and see dolphins and sea turtles. What was not to love? We wanted to share our experience with our family and friends. So we took the plunge and purchased our first condo so others could enjoy the amazing Panama City Beach as well.
