We are a married couple living on a small farm located 20 to 25 minutes from several rental condos we own in Perdido Key.  Originally we utilized a property management company to arrange our rental bookings, but several years ago we decided to take the process over ourselves in order to ensure the cleanest, most professional and personalized experience possible for our guests.  We respond almost immedately to our guests' inquiries and also their needs while here on vacation.  We get a great deal of personal satifaction when our condo guests express their gratitude and happiness with the arrangements and overall booking process.  In short, we always aim to please.  The proof is in the pudding, as we enjoy a repeat business rate of over 70%.   We own 4 condos at the Indigo Condominium Complex, those are large two bedroom size (1600 sq. ft.) direct gulf front condos.  We also host a beautiful 3 BR condo at Indigo East and we host two spectacular and wildly popular 3 BR corner units at Ocean Breeze West, just about one mile down the road.  We also know other owners who rent direct at Ocean Breeze West , and at Indigo and we can refer you to those trusted individuals.  We are always happy to answer questions, even if you are not renting from us - we are easy to talk to and we are readily available at most times.
