We purchased Aqua 908 pre-construction in 2007 knowing it was going to be a first-class condominium property with amazing amenities. Not only is PCB one of our favorite places to be, the development of Pier Park in 2008 and the 2010 opening of the Northwest Florida Airport just 14 miles away quickly elevated Aqua to the epitome of “location, location, location” for us. On paper it’s a long-term investment, in our hearts it’s our home away from home.
