Being on the 4th floor is close to being right on the beach where you can see the ocean waves rolling in from the kitchen or watch your kids on the beach from your balcony (without the binoculars). You're also only one flight of stairs from the 3rd floor parking garage access to your own reserved parking spot – no need to wait for the elevators.
