Meet & Contact Kim Seale

My earliest memory of the Destin area was almost 45 years ago! It was mostly pine forest back then but I camped here as a young child with my family from Arkansas at Camp Gulf.  I completely fell in love with the beautiful white sand beach.

I've been married to Spencer Seale for over 30 years, and we have 2 grown sons, both married.  The best part: We have two grandsons too!  We love coming here along with our family and grandchildren from Lee's Summit, MO (near Kansas City).  Go Chiefs!!

I was a high school business and technology teacher for many years, and then began working as a trainer in the security software industry.  I've traveled to over 20 countries and all around the US for my job but have never found a beach as beautiful as ours here....including Hawaii!!

We were extremely blessed to have been able to purchase Sandpiper Cottage in early 2022.  We could not believe how perfect Emerald Shores is for families and we knew we wanted to set it up for other families to enjoy as well as our own!  We poured in a labor of love to completely redo the interiors literally from floor to rafters.  We know you will LOVE Sandpiper Cottage as much as we do!! It is perfectly fitted for families and young children.  

We come here as often as our schedules allow and we are very involved in the HOA and the goings-on in Emerald Shores.  We know you will love the beach, the pavilion, the pools and the house and we hope you will come back year after year and make friends like we have!
