Meet & Contact Stephanie Rojas

My husband Joseph and I are Colorado natives but have been blessed to call the Emerald Coast home for the last 12 years.  We were first stationed here with our three children while Joe served as active duty in the Air Force.  Our family fell in love with the small hometown feel and beautiful beaches that the panhandle of Florida had to offer.  It has been a dream of ours to own a condo in the area since we first arrived here 12 yrs ago so our family and friends can visit and enjoy the Gulf Coast as well.  That dream came true for us in May 2017 when we first purchased our unit at Waterscape.  We have since added a couple units (see my listings) in Destin that are centrally located and perfect for a small famiily.  Our family is sure to visit and stay when they can but our goal is to provide a great quality service and experience that will encourage guests to book with us for years to come
