Meet & Contact Joyce Jay

We live in Jonesboro, Georgia and have 2 children and 3 grandchildren.  We searched long and hard for condos in Fort Walton Beach, and Destin to find the right condo.  When we could not find "The One" there, we decided to visit Pinnacle Port in Panama City Beach where our friends owned a condo.  The minute we walked in the door, we knew that was "it".  We loved how beautiful Pinnacle Port's grounds were and how the property was in a gated community with an almost private beach.  Next door is Camp Helen State Park (across Phillips Inlet) and we love walking through the Carillon Beach neighborhood of multi-million dollar cottages.  We share a gated entrance with Carillon Beach.  We stayed in a condo in Hawaii and the host treated us like family; that is when we decided we wanted to share our condo with others and we wanted to be the kind of host we had in Hawaii.  We even decided on a Hawaiian theme for our condo.  The majority of our guests have stayed with us multiple times over the years and we consider them as extended family.  We are happy to share our small part of Paradise with others as it would be a waste for it to sit empty when we can't make it there.
