We are Bill & Vickie Demers, from Apison, Tennessee.

Bill is a semi-retired distributor of industrial equipment, and Vickie is a retired Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist.

We bought this beautiful beachfront condo in 2015.  In our search for our own beach condo we visited dozens of the many condo towers in the Panama City Beach area but no condo really got us excited till we walked into this one.  The view from the balcony is as wide as from Panama City to Walton Beach!  The entire Emerald Coast is in view.  You are right on the beach!  The SPLASH Resort is tailored for families.  Families with children of all ages.  College-age partiers are seldom heard of on this property.   These features were very attractive to us.

We decorated this 10th-floor condo in upscale decor, and we have been getting positive reviews ever since we started renting it to families for their SPLASH Vacations.
