Why we own and rent a condo? We established a family vacation tradition many years ago, and because resorts and rental agencies rarely reserve a specific unit, it was difficult to insure the quality of our accommodations. We discovered that renting from an owner allowed us to see pictures of the specific condo we were renting, and we found much better accommodations for less money.

 We eventually decided to purchase a vacation condo and take the quality a level higher.  This unit is our second home and eventually we hope to retire here.  We are selective as to who we lease to as it is important to us and to our future guest that the unit's integrity be maintained. We take extreme pride in providing an inviting, relaxing and romantic oceanfront vacation condo.

 We believe that vacation memories with family and friends are real treasures of life especially in the right setting. That is why we selected a low-density, (just six units per floor), oceanfront condominium rich in amenities and in an ideal location.
