Meet & Contact Ragan Garriott

Bristol 304 at the Beach Club is owned by Ragan & John.  We have lived in Houston since 2001 and have 3 kids. But I was born in Alabama and have been coming to the Alabama and Florida gulf coast all my life with my family.  At one point, my Grandfather built a townhouse beach-side in Destin, and our whole extended family including aunts, uncles and cousins would cram in for vacations.  Those childhood memories with my cousins are worth so much to me as an adult.  We are hoping to share that same experience with our children… and also with you.
 
We purchased Bristol 304 in May of 2014.  The unit has undergone MANY renovations including new furniture, electronics, bedding, paint, appliances, and carpet.  We are constantly refreshing, so it is difficult to keep updated pictures! We hope that you enjoy the condo and feel right at home.
