I live in the Coastal Alabama area with my husband and teen daughter.  I work as a realtor in the area and have for the last 18 years.  We bought the beach house in 2005 and added the pool in 2006 the year we started renting it. 
I enjoy working with "our beach family" as I call them.   We have many of the same guest return each year since we started the rental in 2006.  

Being in the resort real estate business it gives me a real insight into what is important for vacation rentals.  I work very hard to keep our  home updated and well appointed for our guest.  Cleaning is another area of concern for me.   I make sure that my cleaning people are the best.   Customer Service of course is another major factor and I do my best to alway provide prompt efficient service for our guest.  Please feel free to call or text me with any questions. 

In 2006 when I started renting the property things were much different than they are now.  There have been many improvements and changes in the online rental industry.  Some of them involve added fees to the guest that I have not been happy about.   I am certainly glad there are no added service fees on this site.   
I feel like I am getting the opportunity to go back to the true "by owner rental".
