Kathy and Barry Bramlett.  Atlanta natives, happily married for 41 years with 3 grown children and 2 grandchildren.  Ready to use this condo a bit more so make sure to rent it now while we still do!! We bought at Edgewater 13 years ago because we'd enjoyed so many wonderful vacations here over the years.  Specifically this unit because it was beautiful, beachfront and so close to the pools, beach and amenities!  The 5th floor is perfect, low enough to use the stairs if desired and high enough for a fabulous view.  Best of both! We look forward to having you as our guests!
