Meet & Contact Ed Cavin

We are Minnesotans who were transplanted to New Orleans for our careers in the early 80’s.
 
While there, we soon discovered the spectacular beaches of north Florida Gulf Coast and began years of vacationing all along the coast from west to east and back again. Wanting to create our own family vacation home, we began our search for a beachside community.
 
Looking for the beauty of nature and the built environment both, we happened upon the then new “Village By the Sea” – Carillon Beach. We bought the lot in 1996 and built the house in 2004.
 
Since retirement, it has been our winter and spring home, often attracting our children and grandchildren.
 
We are delighted to offer our beach home for your vacations in the summer and fall.
