We purchased our 206 Romar Place condo in 1998.  I have had tremendous success managing my unit and LOVE getting to know my renters.  I have become friends with so many of my renters who return year after year.

My husband and I lived in Atlanta, Ga for 27 years prior to moving to Birmingham, AL in 1997.  When we moved to Birmingham we had never heard of Orange Beach.  In January 1998 we visited some friends at their condo in Orange Beach and fell in love with the area.  We immediately began looking for a condo of our own and the moment we walked into 206 Romar Place we knew we had found the condo of our dreams.  Twenty years later ... the rest if history ...
