Hello from the beach!  After vacationing along the Emerald Coast for several years, we decided to make it our home and have lived here for almost 20 years. After being unahppy with my own property manager at my rental condos, I decided to start my own company to offer better service and an overall better vacation for our guests!

My company, Beach Stays Vacations, is very selective about the properties we manage, working only with properties that are renovated and updated with owners who take pride in their property and value an excellent guest experience. We offer a simple and straightforward reservation process and our arrival packet is chock full of all the information you need to make the most of your vacation right down to the type of coffee pot and where to get groceries! For guests who book directly through our website, you can avoid the high booking fees charged by most other sites. That means more vacation money!
