David and Lisa's Beach Rentals started in 2017 when David and Lisa Sample decided to start managing for others after managing their own for years. With their expansion, they hired Kendall Powell, who moved to Panama City Beach from Virginia. The company prides itself on giving guests the best trip possible and truly earning a five star stay.
