Meet & Contact Gary & Debbie Payne

​We are Gary and Debbie Payne Debbie, your host and owners of the condo you’re interested in for your vacation. Family vacations are fabulous and should be affordable; Debbie and I try hard to make that happen for you without lowering the standard with cheap furnishings, décor or other amenities.  Debbie and I list and manage our condo ourselves and do not use a third party for management. By managing everything ourselves it reduces costs overhead and eliminates numerous other costs one would be forced into paying elsewhere. Our focus is centered on you and your vacation enjoyment providing a comfortable second home unlike any other condo. Our desire is for you to make memories that last forever and that entice you to become a returning guest of ours.  
A little about us: We are both from the Nashville Tennessee area; Debbie is from the Mt. Juliet area, and I am from Hermitage; both a short distance north-east of Nashville.  Our primary home now is in Hot Springs Arkansas; we decided to settle in here after retirement from the U.S. military and Civil Service. Debbie and I vacationed in the Panama City Beach area every year we have had the opportunity.  We have visited numerous other vacation spots throughout the country but have always been drawn back to the sugar white sands of Panama City Beach. It is fabulous in this part of the country and the southern hospitality is always above one’s expectations. After years of vacationing here we decided to purchase a condo and share the fabulous amenities offered at Splash and through the local community at a very reasonable expense.
