Meet Mark & Cathy Register

Cathy & I grew up in Graceville & Chipley, FL respectively. After marrying in 1984, we raised our family in Bonifay, FL. After 30 years of small-town rural living and operating Franchise businesses in several rural towns in Mississippi, Alabama & Northwest Florida, we started looking for a beach home for us. We traveled the Gulf Coast from Gulf Shores, AL to Panama City Beach, FL looking for the perfect community for us. We finally settled on Panama City Beach due to the proximity of our home & how easy it was for us to get to our 2nd home. Little did we know at the time, we would eventually call PCB home.

In 2007, we put a contract on a 6th floor condo in Gulf Crest thinking it would be our 2nd home & part time rental. Shortly afterwards we organized Bitter End Leasing LLC, named after the BVI Resort, to operate our rentals under and purchased our 1st properties in Treasure Island. Quickly we found our affinity for ground floor properties and have continued acquiring them over the years. We now own 6 ground floor properties at Treasure Island. In 2014, after 35 years we sold our business. During the 2 years of consulting after the sale, we moved to PCB full time and took over the management of our rental condos.

In 2015, we changed the name of our operating entity to better align it with what we do, to PCB Leasing Group LLC. Over the years, we divested out of the unit at Gulf Crest and took a short foray to the West in a development known as Calypso. In the end we kept coming to the realization that Treasure Island is where our heart is and it has all the trappings needed to provide good vacations at a reasonable, fair price to our guests. In 2018, we added the last 2 properties to our portfolio and have since focused on upgrading and remodeling each condo as needed.

We take great pride in our condos and providing a clean, well equipped, comfortable condo for your family’s vacation. We have the very best cleaning service in PCB, that works as hard as we do to make sure, your family has the cleanest/freshest accomodations possible in PCB. 

As we are frequently at Treasure Island on arrival days, we look forward to making your acquantance and hosting your family for many years to come. As our daughter Toni has provided us with the greatest gifts, 2 grandsons, Tristan & Jaxson. Now more than ever we realize how important these moments are to your family.
