Hello, a little about the owner.  I am a licensed Texas and Florida Realtor and my husband is a Pharmacist for 33 years.    We have owned 3 condos and I love sharing those with my guest.  I prefer text for communication but you can call me as well.  I am showing houses alot during the day, so text me if you cannot get an answer.  This will be my first time to rent directly on one of my properties, so bare with me.  I didn't like the fees that were being passed on to my clients by large companies, so I have decided to try this on my own.  All fees other than cleaning are included in your nightly rate.  I have 12 grandchildren so I'm prepared for little ones in our condo.  The condo has 2 port-a-cribs and childrens toys and wagon for the beach.  Feel free to share your photos on my Facebook page The Octopus Garden!  I hope you become part of our Condo Family!  Enjoy.....Traci and Ted Murphy
