My wife and I live in Georgia with our son and our Australian Shepherd, Bailey. Santa Rosa Beach and 30A is such a special place for us and have been coming to this area for years! The Salty Seabird beach house is walking distance to the Gulfview Heights beach access and so many restaurants, but we also love the scenery, parks, restaurants and small downtown areas - and everything else 30A has to explore and offer. The neighborhood also feels like it's own retreat, overlooking a large wooded area, and right next to the two neighborhood pools. It feels very private, but also close to all the action. 
When we're not running around with our little guy or enjoying the Gulf with our family, we also love to travel to the North Georgia mountains and hike.
