We are from Northern California and fell in love with the Emerald Coast and Waterscape resort.  We have had vacation homes for over 15 years and enjoy helping our guests make wonderful memories.  We hope you enjoy our home away from home at Waterscape. 

We selected Waterscape for the following reasons: 

1) Location Location Location - Steps to the beach and oceanfront location is unbeatable. 

2) VIEWS VIEWS VIEWS - We love the view and we think you will too. The icing on the cake is that you can see fireworks from the balcony in the summer 

3) Heated pool in the summer 

4) Floor Plan - Great floor plan that is spacious for everyone that is joining you on your vacation
