John and I are located in Lexington KY,  We  have been staying at the Summerhouse since the 1980’s. When the opportunity to own one of the coveted wrap units we  didn’t hesitate. We hope you enjoy your stay at Summerhouse as much as we have. We are a family friendly community, and look forward to seeing you and your family return every year to the sugar white sands and emerald water of Panama City Beach!  We very much enjoy spending time with our grandkids and grown children.  We enjoy fishing with Owen our oldest grandchild who is 14.   We have local friends that we treasure.    This wrap unit is a beautiful condo.  It has fabulous views that you don't want to miss.  Please text for information.  Thanks so much for checking out our beautiful florida home.
