It's important to our family to help other families enjoy 30A and Seagrove Florida as much as we have! Seeing kids learn to ride their bikes or play in the Gulf and catch their first wave is a joy to be a part of.
Living and renting on 30a since 2000, gives us a great perspective of Where to rent. For the first few years we rented at first- visiting as often as possible and decided to take the plunge and be here full time in 2016.
  Families love our beautiful beaches but most of all they enjoy being able to park the car and ride bikes or walk to the beach or restaurants.
Seagrove is the heart of 30A and Eastern Lake is one of the best kept secrets that locals love.. Coastal Dune Lakes feed directly to the Gulf and are quite special.
More family has moved here and its been great having them so close! 
It's important to me that guests renting in our area have an amazing experience. From children making sand castles to learning to ride a bike in a safe place like ours. State parks and Coastal Dune Lakes just seem to bring the best out in people. Our home is on Eastern Lake and. has a dock you can see the Gulf from. Best of both worlds!!
