Living and renting on 30a since 2000, gives us a great perspective of Where to rent. For the first few years we did the usual, we rented at first- visiting as often as possible and decided to take the plunge and be here full time. I purchased and rented my home from 2002 until 2016.
  After living in larger Cities and deciding it was time to enjoy the good life, we are now ablte to enjoy as well as have  peace of mind.  We live in Watercolor and also have owned in Seagrove.
More family has moved here and its been great having them so close!  It's important to me that guests renting in our area have an amazing experience. From children making sand castles to learning to ride a bike in a safe place like ours. State parks and Coastal Dune Lakes just seem to bring the best out in people.
