We have been owners at Surfside since 2014 and now own both 1002 and our newest condo, 1108.  Why 2 condos? We love the beach views from both condos.  What do you do.... buy both!  WE LOVE SURFSIDE! Surfside is truly a "family".  Not only is the resort family friendly, the owners and staff are truly our extended family.  Living in Texas, we know that you, our renters are well taken care of if there is ever an issue.  Many owners are 2nd generation and have been at Surfside for years.  Surfside isn't just an "investment property", it is our beach home! The layout of our condo isn't your typical straight-line shot gun!  With 7 floor to ceiling patio doors, huge patios and fan layout, everyone has beautiful views and plenty of room for everyone.
