My wife and I started vacationing in the Destin, Florida area more than 30 years ago when our kids were young. Like many who come to the Emerald Coast we became hooked on the area. We owned condos in Tops'l then purchased a home in Gulf Place in Santa Rosa Beach and eventually moved from Tennessee to make Santa Rosa Beach our home. While we love the entire Panhandle, Santa Rosa Beach is without question our favorite place on earth. During the high tourist season, 30A is much less congested than Destin or Panama City and there are dozens of outstanding restaurants within minutes of our home. Our custom built house is located just one block off of Hwy 30A tucked way in a secluded subdivision. With an oversized swimming pool and a large deck area, many of our guests spend the majority of their family time just hanging out around our swimming pool. Our home is just a minute or two away from the closest beach access just one-half mile away. We are here to please and to make your beach vacation one to remember for a lifetime.
