Robin and Eric Roschel first visited Destin in 2017, and from the moment they set foot on the sugar-white beaches and gazed out at the stunning emerald green waters, they were absolutely captivated! The laid-back beach atmosphere was exactly what they had been dreaming of, and they knew they had found a special place.

After three unforgettable years of vacationing in this paradise, Robin and Eric decided to make Destin a permanent part of their lives. In 2020, they took the leap and purchased their very first investment property. But they weren’t just looking for any property—they wanted one that would offer a direct, breathtaking view of the sparkling emerald waters that had originally drawn them here. And in November 2021, that dream became a reality when they bought their perfect getaway in the coveted Beach Retreat community. A dream come true, right in the heart of Destin!
