​We're a family who loves both the quiet stillness of the mountains and the sunny calm of the coast—so we created two vacation homes that offer the best of both worlds. Whether you're looking to unwind in the rugged beauty of the Colorado Rockies or soak up the sun on Florida’s Gulf Coast, we invite you to make yourself at home.

Our Colorado home sits on the edge of the forest at the border of Monument and Colorado Springs, offering stunning views of the Front Range and Pikes Peak. This mountain-meets-luxury retreat features a spacious backyard with a cozy fire pit, a beautiful patio, and a relaxing hot tub—all nestled among towering pines. Inside, a gourmet kitchen and oversized windows in the living room frame panoramic mountain views, making it the perfect place to unwind year-round.

Our Florida home is just five minutes from the white sands of Navarre Beach. The large, private backyard includes a heated pool and a playset for kids, perfect for all-day fun. Inside, the home is fully furnished and thoughtfully stocked—complete with a cozy kids’ living room and a Nintendo Switch loaded with 30+ games. It’s a true beach retreat for the whole family.

We self-manage both properties with care and personal attention—no big rental agencies here. Direct booking means better rates, more flexibility, and a direct line to us whenever you need it.
