This is our second time staying at Cape San Blas and first time in Barrier Dunes. We stayed for 3 weeks in November that felt like one! We could not get enough of it. Townhome has been recently completely remodeled and looks new. It is clean, well stocked, and was perfect for two of us. The complex and beach are very dog friendly. Ryan is very nice, hospitable and easy to rent from. We plan to return to this same townhouse again next year! We absolutely loved our time at this townhome that at the end of our three weeks felt like home! Thank you.

Our Favorite beach getaway!! Such a Beautiful Condo that seems brand new! Beautifully decorated and so very clean. The Kitchen has everything you would need. Easy walk to beach and pools area. Such a perfect location, along with great friendly owners to work with. I hope to go back every year!!

We had an excellent trip! Weather was beautiful, ocean was GORGEOUS and the house was perfect. It was very clean and seemed like new. Great outdoor area as well. There is plenty of space for our group of 5. We cooked most of our meals and the kitchen had all we needed. The owners are so kind and quick to respond to any questions about the area and home. We will definitely be staying here again!

We spent Fall Break here in November. It was absolutely perfect. Peaceful and fun. We played pickle ball each night and spent the entire day on the beach. The house was perfect for our family. The restaurants on the Cape were delicious and close. We never even went to town. Full kitchen and has everything you need. I would recommend renting bikes. Perfect place to ride. Great neighborhood.

We love coming to the Cape for vacation! This condo is SUPER clean, very easy stroll to the beach, and the barrier dunes community is very cool! We loved playing pickle ball and the multiple pools! We went for a couples get away but there would have been plenty of room for our kiddos too. The only downside is when it’s time to pack up and go home. Will for sure rent here again!

We stayed here this summer for the first time! It was a blast. The home was perfect and so clean! It seems brand new. The kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were so comfortable. Our kids played pickle ball every morning and rode bikes all night. Such a safe family environment! We tried to extend our stay but it was booked so we were unable. The owners are so easy to work with and very friendly. We will be back!

We have been to the Cape multiple times over many many years. It’s our favorite place to go. We’ve never stayed at Barrier Dunes before but what a grand time we had. The amenities are fabulous! Lots of places to have fun activities like the pools, pickle ball ,volleyball, beach fun, cycling, watching turtles in the ponds, enjoying wildlife such as alligators and big blue herons and deer in that area of the Cape. And the sunsets are some of the grandest in all of nature. The owners of the condo are very friendly and a pleasure to interact with. They obviously love their home and make certain that you are comfortable. One of my favorite places on earth.

Went down for a quick birthday trip in January, just the girls. I think this place must be brand new to the rental world because it had pretty open availability at the time we stayed. The weather wasn’t great, but this place was a vacation in itself. Nice new furnishings and appliances, adorable decor and surprisingly spacious for a condo! Barrier Dunes (neighborhood) is a cool spot with lots of amenities. We will definitely be renting again for the summer! No complaints!

It was so nice to finally get away! Out of the house and the “quarantines”, away from the office, no restrictions with masks, or 6 ft of distance…. Just a wide open beach and a beautifully updated condo is EXACTLY what we’ve been needing! We truly enjoyed our stay. So many updates… this place is practically brand new. We love this area and we’ve stayed at Barrier Dunes but this was our first stay at Sabel Sands… it won’t be our last!

We had an excellent time at Sabal Sands Barrier Dunes. It had all we needed and more. So clean and everything is brand new. Very close to the beach, pools, ponds and tennis courts. The weather was in the high 70s the entire week! We will be back!

The entire upper floor is a King Master Suite! Enjoy a private porch with gulf views! Private bathroom with walk in shower, walk-in closet, Wi Fi, Flat Screen Cable TV! The upper floor also has a full laundry room with full size washer and dryer!
On the lower floor, there is a spacious living room with a large leather sectional, Wi Fi flat-screen TV with streaming cabailities. There is a large back deck off the living area with seating. There is also an eat in kitchen, large bar with all you need for cooking meals each day. Finally, there is a full bath and a queen bedroom.
Barrier Dunes has 2 pools (1 is gulf front & the 2nd is heated 4 mo. a year), lighted tennis/pickle ball courts, 3 fresh water fishing ponds, playground, boat parking, boat washing area, and boardwalks throughout leading to the beautiful white sand!
