Fanci was such an amazing host! Since the moment I messaged her to ask about the availability of the house and the time that we could check in, she was very responsive. I really appreciated that she was an attentive host and answered our questions in a timely manner. I’m speechless about the house! Super beautiful, clean, spacious, in a great spot, so many things to do around, and so peaceful. And a super plus, pet friendly! Can’t wait to be able to come back to this home on our next family vacation!

Fanci’s place was the perfect getaway for my family and I. It was clean, spacious, and just as pictured. Fanci was very informative and responsive, which made checking in a very easy and smooth process. We enjoyed the pool directly in front of the house, as well as the beach within walking distance. My family of 9 including young teeens enjoyed our stay. The rooms were spacious, clean & equipped with everything we needed for our family trip. Fanci was absolutely amazing! She was very responsive & provided us with answers to questions in a timely manner (within minutes) of reaching out. Although we spent most days enjoying the city, our home provided us with plenty of amenities to enjoy some family time & relaxation. Fanci is the best host I’ve ever experienced!

Beach Shuttle: Starts. March 1- April 13, 2024. Weekend of Memorial Day Through October. House pick up and drop off included
HEATED POOL: March 1- April 13, 2024. The week of Thanksgivng, Christmas, & New Years.
KITCHEN: Fully stocked kitchen featuring top-of-the-line appliances like a griddle, blender, crockpot, toaster, air fryer and Coffee pot plus Kurig's on every floor. All the cups, plates, and utensils you need for a perfect home-cooked meal.
BEACH ACCESSORIES: Towels, chairs, tent, umbrella, kids beach toys, beach wagon, coolers, snorkel gear, and floats
HOUSE ACCESSORIES: Highchair, travel crib, pack-n-play, books, and BBQ grill
RENTAL AGREEMENT: After booking this property, you will have 48 hours to sign a rental agreement listing the guidelines and house rules below
SECURITY DEPOSIT: A $500 security deposit will be put on "hold" by the HOST before check-in and released 3 days after check-out
COMMUNITY GUIDELINES: Villages of Crystal Beach does not allow RV's, trailers, or motorcycles inside the gated community. There is also frequently lawn and maintenance crews starting to work as early as 7 AM so please take that into consideration if you're a light sleeper
QUIET HOURS/PARTIES: 10pm-7am. There is a security guard on duty 24/7, violations of this rule will result in a $200 fine and any parties will result in immediate loss of deposit & you will be asked to vacate the property with no refund
PARKNG: There is parking for 3 small or 2 large vehicles in the driveway as well as additional guest parking near the back entrance towards the beach and near the pool area.
POOL: Each guest will need to wear the wristband provided at check-in, other than small children. Please return all wristbands at checkout
CANCELLATIONS: No refunds for weather, natural disasters, power outages & other things beyond our control
MINIMUM BOOKING AGE: Minimum age to book is 25 or older & must be present unless otherwise approved by us. No third party bookings
